Job summary

Vistra is seeking a Senior Onboarding Manager to lead end-to-end client onboarding for the Americas, reporting to the Executive Director Global Onboarding. This remote, full-time role supports multi-country entity setups, KYC processes, and regulatory compliance.

You will drive process improvement, risk mitigation, and collaboration across commercial, compliance and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• 7–10 years multinational finance/accounting or client management experience preferred.
• Experience with onboarding, KYC/AML considerations is advantageous.
• PMP certification or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee end-to-end onboarding, ensuring timely client activation.
• Serve as primary onboarding contact with commercial and service delivery teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet onboarding requirements on time.
