Job summary

Commure is hiring a Senior Operations Manager to own Implementation and the Account lifecycle, focusing on Revenue-Cycle Management across the organization. You will drive end-to-end onboarding, define critical processes, and own business metrics in a high-visibility role with rapid growth opportunities.

You will collaborate with Product, Eng, Sales, and Finance to optimize client journeys, improve onboarding, and scale operations for 5-10x growth in the coming year.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company.
• Comfortable working with data and proficiency in SQL + Excel.
• SQL is a big PLUS or robust analytical experience (finance, consulting, etc).
• Expertise in project management and end-to-end onboarding.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage complex accounts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient and timely execution of client onboarding and operations projects.
• Drive client growth through operational optimization and new growth initiatives.
• Act as the primary contact for the largest and most complex accounts.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Escalate issues and mentor junior team members as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Eng, Billing, and other teams.
• Oversee project management processes and key metrics improvements.
• Develop scalable internal processes, reporting, and documentation.
• Contribute to designing systems that enable scalability and efficiency.
• Monitor operational metrics like throughput and defect rate.
