Qualifications

Significant leadership experience in onboarding, client lifecycle management, or related operations.
Strong knowledge of AML/KYC frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage diverse teams.
Experience delivering process standardization and organizational change.

Responsibilities

Lead regional onboarding operations and evolve to end-to-end client lifecycle management.
Coach and develop a geographically dispersed team of Client Lifecycle Managers.
Ensure compliant onboarding across jurisdictions with AML/KYC/CDD and sanctions rules.
Act as escalation point for complex cases and drive timely resolutions.
Standardize processes and drive adoption of global operating procedures.
Deliver operational excellence by reducing cycle times and enabling automation.
Partner with regional leaders and governance bodies; manage governance forums.
Own regional performance metrics, data quality, controls, and audit readiness.
