Job summary

Vistra is seeking a Senior Onboarding Manager to lead end-to-end client onboarding activities for its Americas business from a fully remote US-based position. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics for operational efforts.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills; adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment are essential.
• Strong presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding.
• High attention to detail required.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills.
• 7-10 years relevant experience working for multi-national firms in finance, accounting, banking, client management, customer success and/or project management role (international, a plus)
• 3-5+ years relevant experience working for multi-national firm in client-facing role as Project or Program Manager running cross-functional large scale projects.
• Basic knowledge of AML/KYC regulatory requirements, and industry standards a plus
• Experience implementing technology solutions, a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring timely and efficient client activation.
• Act as the primary Onboarding contact for new clients, working with the commercial and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition into Vistra.
• Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, Compliance, Service Delivery) to agree plans and ensure all onboarding requirements are achieved in a timely manner.
• Builds and fosters strong relationships with clients throughout onboarding phase of engagement.
• Educates clients regarding onboarding process.
• Effectively communicates expectations and deadlines to clients by acting as liaison between clients and interdepartmental teams.
