Job summary

Corporation Service Company is seeking a Regional Onboarding & Client Lifecycle Lead for the Americas, with United States-based hybrid flexibility. This senior role directs regional onboarding delivery today and expands ownership across the full client lifecycle, including periodic reviews and offboarding.

You will lead a dispersed team, ensure AML/KYC compliance, and drive process standardization, governance, and performance across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership in onboarding or client lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, CDD, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing multi-jurisdiction teams.
• Proven track record in process standardization and operational transformation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional onboarding operations and evolve to end-to-end lifecycle management.
• Develop and coach a geographically dispersed team of Client Lifecycle Managers.
• Ensure compliant onboarding across jurisdictions with AML/KYC requirements.
• Drive operational performance, governance, and reporting.
