Vistra Energy is seeking a Senior Associate for Entity Management Solutions in the United States, with remote work option and regional coverage. The role involves managing client portfolios across markets, ensuring legal compliance, and engaging with GC/legal teams and client executives to develop solutions.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, scheduling and minuting weekly meetings, maintaining client environments in the EMS application, and coordinating notarisation of documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Experience handling inquiries from professional clients is desirable.
• Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality required.

Responsibilities

• Manage client portfolios across markets ensuring compliance with local laws.
• Build rapport with senior stakeholders and participate in client meetings.
• Schedule and take minutes for weekly client meetings and circulate notes.
• Set up and maintain client environment in entity management system.
• Process enquiries, accountability for invoicing and billing as needed.
• Coordinate notarisation/legalisation of documents via Vistra services.
• Escalate issues and propose solutions to management when deliverables are at risk.
