Job summary

Lumen seeks a Senior Manager, Network Planning to lead enterprise-level capacity, investment, and deployment planning. You will coordinate across Product, Architecture, Finance, Sales, and Operations to convert demand into executable plans.

You will guide multi-year strategy, governance, and capital efficiency while communicating risk and options clearly to senior executives. This role is remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in network planning, telecommunications, infrastructure strategy, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of formal people leadership experience.
• Master's degree preferred in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of network capacity planning and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, priorities, and operating plans for a multi-year network portfolio.
• Translate roadmaps, demand forecasts, and constraints into investment plans.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and governance for capital projects.
• Represent Network Planning in executive reviews and cross-functional forums.
• Measure delivery readiness, capital efficiency, and business impact.
