Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in network planning, telecommunications, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of formal people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, priorities, and operating plans for a portfolio spanning capacity, modernization, and growth.
• Translate strategy and forecasts into multi-year investment plans with defined outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional planning across network domains for end-to-end alignment and decisions.
• Establish governance and escalation paths with recommendations for senior leaders.
• Lead capital planning, forecasting, and variance management to balance customer needs and risk.
• Develop investment proposals with clear business rationale and financial impact.
• Partner with Finance and delivery teams to manage commitments and forecast accuracy.
• Lead dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Champion data-driven planning with AI-enabled tools to identify constraints and accelerate decisions.
• Ensure governance and accountability for automated and AI-assisted insights.
