Lumen is seeking a Senior Manager, Network Planning to lead enterprise-level capacity, investment, and deployment planning across technologies and markets. You will translate demand and strategy into executable multi-year plans, lead leaders and teams, and drive capital stewardship and executive visibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in network planning, telecommunications, or infrastructure strategy.
• 3+ years formal people leadership with cross-functional impact.
• Strong communication skills for executive audiences.
• Experience leading large portfolios with capital and risk management.
• Proficiency using analytics tools to improve decisions and transparency.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic network planning and portfolio leadership across programs.
• Translate strategy into multi-year investment plans with defined outcomes.
• Drive governance and escalation paths; provide senior-line recommendations.
• Manage capital planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variances.
• Coach and develop managers and analysts; foster ownership and collaboration.
• Lead data-driven planning with dashboards, models, and AI-enabled insights.
