Lumen is seeking a Senior Manager, Network Planning to lead enterprise-level capacity, investment, and deployment planning across networks. You will shape multi-year plans, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable outcomes with capital stewardship and executive visibility.

You will partner with Product, Architecture, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to drive governance, risk mitigation, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years in network planning, telecommunications, or infrastructure strategy.
• 3+ years formal people leadership experience.
• Proven cross-functional portfolio leadership with capital impact.
• Strong knowledge of planning, forecasting, and risk management.
• Executive-level communication skills and analytical mindset.
