Lumen is seeking a Senior Manager, Network Planning to provide enterprise-level leadership for capacity, investment, and deployment planning across technologies and markets in a remote USA role.

You will drive multi-year planning, governance, and cross-functional collaboration, translating business needs into executable network plans while communicating risk and opportunities to executives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in network planning, telecommunications, or related field.
• 3+ years of formal people leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional portfolios with material impact.
• Knowledge of network capacity planning, forecasting, and capital planning.

• Lead portfolio strategy and multi-year network plans.
• Translate strategy and forecasts into investment plans.
• Ensure end-to-end alignment across network domains.
• Oversee capital planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Drive data-driven planning with dashboards and analytics.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and risks.
• Communicate decisions to senior leadership.
