Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, CS, Business, Finance, Data Science or related field.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• Excellent executive communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional portfolios with material capital, customer, operational, or strategic impact.
• Proven financial acumen including capital planning, business-case development, forecasting, and variance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, priorities, and operating plans for a multi-year network portfolio.
• Translate strategy into multi-year investment plans with defined outcomes.
• Drive governance and escalation paths, providing senior leadership with options and tradeoffs.
• Convert planning decisions into executable projects with clear scope and ownership.
• Measure planning quality, forecast accuracy, and capital efficiency across domains.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field

Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

Executive-level written and verbal communication

Experience leading cross-functional portfolios or programs

Strong analytic, forecasting, and data-driven decision skills
