Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in network planning, telecommunications, infrastructure strategy, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of formal people leadership experience with performance management.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional portfolios with material impact.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Network Planning & Portfolio Leadership: lead multi-year capacity, modernization, and growth plans.
• Capital Governance & Business Outcomes: oversee investment proposals, forecasting, and financial impact.
• Operational Execution, Risk & Delivery: convert plans into executable projects with scope and ownership.
• Data, Automation & Decision Intelligence: improve data quality, dashboards, and automated reporting.
• Executive Communication & Cross-Functional Influence: present outcomes and tradeoffs to senior leaders.
• People Leadership & Organizational Capability: coach managers and analysts for high performance.
• Scope & Decision Accountability: own portfolio health and accountability across programs.
