Lumen is seeking a Senior Manager, Network Planning to lead enterprise-scale capacity, investment, and deployment planning across multiple technologies and markets. The role drives multi-year plans, governance, and capital stewardship with executive visibility.

You will shape cross-functional strategies, manage a team of managers and professionals, and translate business demand into executable plans while communicating risks and options to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years in network planning, telecom, or infra strategy.
• 3+ years leading managers or senior professionals.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional portfolios with capital impact.
• Strong knowledge of capacity planning, forecasting, and risk management.
• Proven financial acumen in capital planning and business-case development.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence.
• Experience with analytics, dashboards, and planning tools.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategy into multi-year network plans with defined outcomes.
• Lead capital planning, forecasting, and investment proposals with clear business rationale.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, finance, and operations.
• Measure performance: forecast quality, delivery readiness, and capital efficiency.
• Champion data-driven planning through dashboards and AI-enabled insights.
• Present options and tradeoffs to executives and key stakeholders.
• Develop and mentor leaders to build a high-performing planning organization.
• Ensure governance and accountability for portfolio health and results.
