Job summary

RedHelm is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our MSP-focused team, delivering network design, implementation, and support for client projects. The role requires 7+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in progressive network engineering with Cisco, Cisco Meraki, and SonicWall, plus Azure and multi-vendor expertise.

This role is eligible for remote work; however, travel to customer sites may be up to 50% based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in network engineering.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco, Cisco Meraki, and SonicWall.
• Experience with Azure networking and multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot devices from Cisco, Meraki, SonicWall, Fortinet, and more.
• Implement routing, switching, and wireless solutions for high availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
• Produce network diagrams and configuration standards for projects.
• Participate in capacity planning, risk assessments, and improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
