Qualifications
- 3–8+ years of experience with a true MSP serving external clients.
- Experience supporting Microsoft technologies, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
- Experience working with users, stakeholders, and clients.
- Strong documentation, organization, and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues across infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security.
- Diagnose and resolve advanced issues across Microsoft, virtualization, networking, and endpoint technologies.
- Lead troubleshooting during critical incidents and service disruptions.
- Mentor, coach, and guide junior engineers.
