Super.com is seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator to own NetSuite end-to-end, including architecture, configuration, integrations, security, and performance. You will drive governance and controls with the accounting team, ensuring audit readiness and timely month-end close.

Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, you will lead NetSuite roadmap, build automations, and partner across Ramp, Floqast, and Workiva to optimize financial workflows.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years administering and configuring NetSuite ERP across GL, AR, and revenue management.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent NetSuite certifications.
• Proven SuiteScript development experience to automate processes beyond native workflows.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end financial workflows including month-end close and consolidation.

Aufgaben

• Own the full lifecycle of our NetSuite environment: architecture, configuration, customization, and release management across GL, AR, Advanced Revenue Management, Procure-to-Pay, and International Consolidations & Reporting.
• Build and maintain customizations: SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteScript automations, custom records/fields, dashboards, and SuiteAnalytics reporting.
• Manage roles, permissions, and security; establish change management and data governance with Internal Controls.
• Own integrations between NetSuite and Ramp, Floqast, Workiva, and related systems; provide technical support in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor system performance and address risks with the NetSuite ACS team to ensure uptime and stability.
• Drive NetSuite roadmap by identifying optimization opportunities and proposing strategic enhancements.
• Identify automation opportunities across finance workflows, including AI agents to replace manual processes.
