Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex issues unresolved by other teams.
Review and triage escalations from TAC, present to development, and drive to resolution.
Mentor TAC, Upgrade and Project Engineer teams; establish mentorship programs.
Lead cross-functional investigations with Development, QA, and Product Management.
Create, review and publish documentation and knowledge base articles.
Provide on-call after-hours support for high-visibility issues.
