FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Distinguished National Support Engineer to provide expert guidance across storage, PACS, VNA, Mobility, and Clinical Information Systems. The role leads escalations, coordinates with Development, and delivers mentorship and training to TAC, Upgrade, and project teams.

The position requires strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, with after-hours on-call support and occasional travel to ensure optimal customer

Qualifications

• Requires advanced troubleshooting skills for complex medical IT issues.
• Ability to triage escalations and coordinate with development for resolution.
• Experience in documenting issues and communicating updates to TAC and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical leadership to TAC, Upgrade, and Project Engineer teams.
• Lead cross-functional investigations involving Development, QA, and Product Management.
• Develop and publish knowledge base articles and process documentation.
• Respond to escalations within established timelines and participate in after-hours support as needed.
• Mentor and establish mentorship programs for senior technical staff.
• Engage with customers to communicate technical directions and resolutions.
