Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving multifamily owners and property managers. We are seeking a Head of Sales for Multifamily who owns our largest multi-location deals from initial meeting to signed contract.

This is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports, focused on closing multi-location portfolios in the US and Canada. The seat carries a $2M annual quota on a few large accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience closing $1M+ annual deals in multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record selling to multifamily owners, operators, and marketing leaders.
• Comfort with long, consultative sales cycles involving multiple decision makers.
• Independent contributor who prefers closing over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle for large deals from discovery to close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand to additional locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals.
