Job summary

The Landline Company is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead the maintenance and fleet readiness for a growing motorcoach network. You will own schedules, vendor relationships, and data to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time operations across North America.

You will build forecasts, manage the maintenance budget with Finance, and coordinate both planned and unplanned work, while acting as the primary liaison with OEM reps and external facilities.

Qualifications

• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong data and analytical skills (Excel required; SQL, Python, or BI tools like Tableau/Power BI a plus).
• Familiarity with Fleetio and Samsara.
• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, etc.) is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Own the maintenance function with plan, vendors and data to scale to 100-motorcoach fleet.
• Build rolling maintenance forecast aligned to OEM intervals and usage patterns.
• Maintain the maintenance budget with Finance and variance reporting.
• Coordinate unscheduled and corrective maintenance without disrupting service operations.
• Serve as Landline's representative for external maintenance facilities and issue work orders.
• Plan and manage vehicle assignments, identify capacity risks and plan additions/retirements.
• Review and approve partner invoices and track budget usage.
