Job summary

Investigo is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Manager – Advanced Microscopy to lead the US market development of a specialized microscopy product line. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on sales, customer engagement, and technical demonstrations.

You will own the opportunity from prospecting to closing, shaping commercial strategy, and building relationships with universities, core facilities, and biopharma customers in the Northeast.

Qualifications

• Direct technical sales experience selling complex scientific instruments or capital equipment.
• Strong knowledge of advanced microscopy and applications.
• Proven ability to build and own a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build the US sales strategy and prioritize accounts.
• Develop new business with universities, microscopy facilities, and biopharma players.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and negotiations.
• Lead technical conversations and demonstrations with support from specialists.
• Develop relationships across the microscopy community and Northeast region.
• Identify conferences and events to create market demand.
• Shape future investment and growth as the product line expands.
