Job summary

Lumencor, Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer (Microscopy) to drive growth across the Americas.

This remote, full-time role focuses on key territories, building relationships with imaging directors and core facilities, and advancing high-value opportunities with distributors and OEM partners. The incumbent will conduct customer discovery, deliver technical demonstrations, and coordinate with internal teams to meet revenue and pipeline targets while expanding Lumencor illumination solutions in life

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of optics, lasers, and digital microscopy.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and across the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual territory business plan aligned with revenue and growth in the Americas, primarily US.
• Identify, pursue, and prioritize new accounts and channel opportunities in microscopy.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and application consultations to customers.
• Provide product training and sales support to channel partners and end users.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records and sales forecasts in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams to drive customer success.
