CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Medical Director of Clinical Informatics to lead clinical product and technology efforts across Epic-enabled domains, optimizing workflows, decision support, and reporting to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires hands-on Epic expertise, senior clinician leadership, and collaboration with enterprise leaders to align Epic roadmaps with organizational strategy, while maintaining a patient-centric focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

Licensed clinician with active practice in internal medicine, family medicine, or related fields.
Completion of Epic Builder training/certification or willing to obtain within a designated timeframe.
Minimum 5 years ambulatory clinical practice experience.
Experience with clinical informatics, safety, quality improvement, or related workflow redesign.

Responsibilities

Lead clinical product and technology strategy across Epic-enabled domains (Clinic Operations, Quality & Stars).
Drive enterprise Epic optimization to improve workflows, efficiency, quality and patient safety.
Translate clinical/business needs into Epic workflows, decision support, reporting and clinician tools.
Support Epic upgrades, testing, implementation and change management; sponsor go-lives.
Monitor adoption and effect of Epic enhancements and drive continuous improvements.
