Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, or related discipline.
- 5+ years' expert experience with Materials Characterization Instrumentation at SME level.
- Up to 25% travel for training in the USA.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical contact for remote inquiries via phone and email for Materials Characterization products.
- Perform detailed remote diagnostics of complex electro/mechanical equipment and software systems.
- Drive issue resolution toward remote fixes or prepare field service events for on-site work.
- Identify root causes and document action plans to enable first-time-fix and accurate quotes when needed.
- Mentor colleagues and disseminate updates, notices, and best practices across teams.
- Maintain service records, participate in training programs, and support cross-functional initiatives.
