Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of expert-level experience with Materials Characterization instrumentation as a SME.
• 5+ years of experience with at least two of FT-IR, UV-Vis, TEA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (USA) for training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for customer, field engineer, and internal support inquiries via phone and email.
• Perform detailed remote diagnostics of complex instrumentation and software systems.
• Drive issue resolution toward remote fixes or well-planned service events for first-time-fix outcomes.
• Identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and document a clear plan of action for service.
• Mentor colleagues and share product updates and best practices across teams.
