Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst who will own how marketing performance is measured and improved across B2B and B2C domains. You will partner with Marketing, Growth, and Data teams to surface insights, define metrics, and ensure reliable reporting across Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake.

As a senior IC on the Analytics team, you will drive pipeline analytics, acquisition metrics, and the semantic data layer, enabling strategic decisions with clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data: web analytics and paid media platforms, including campaign and channel attribution.

Responsibilities

• Own measurement for B2B marketing and pipeline analytics from tracking through reporting and recommendations.
• Own registration and acquisition measurement end-to-end, including funnel performance and channel attribution.
• Build marketing dashboards and self-serve views for growth, lifecycle, and leadership to answer recurring questions.
