Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Specialty Client Support to provide clinical expertise, PBM operations insight, and client-facing guidance for specialty network contracting activities.

The role includes leadership of the specialty client support staff and collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery of services. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy, regulatory requirements, and network reimbursement, with experience

Qualifications

• PharmD or B.Pharm required from accredited school.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in home state.
• 4+ years licensed pharmacist experience.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring staff.
• 1+ year PBM/Managed Care experience preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy drugs, REMS, and limited distribution.
• Vendor or account management experience preferred.
• CMS/Medicare/Medicaid regulatory knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Translate specialty pharmacy concepts into clear client recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Advise on initiatives for lowest-net-cost and member access.
• Oversee client support processes and service standards.
• Lead resolution of escalations with internal teams.
• Manage client initiatives from ideation to implementation.
• Develop scalable workflows and policies for compliance and growth.
• Ensure contracts meet client requirements and regulatory needs.
