Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Specialty Client Support to lead clinical expertise, PBM operations insight, and client-facing guidance for specialty networks and contracting.

You will oversee day-to-day support, issue management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure initiatives meet client and regulatory needs. The role requires strategic thinking, project management, and deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy, network reimbursement, and CMS/state

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist with state licensure or reciprocity within 4 months.
• 4+ years as a licensed pharmacist required.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring staff.
• Experience with PBM, managed care, REMS and limited distribution drugs preferred.
• Clinical experience in specialty pharmacy preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty network concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, quarterly business reviews, RFP support and presentations as the network expert.
• Advise on initiatives that support goals, lowest-net-cost opportunities, and member access.
• Oversee client support processes and ensure timely, accurate responses to inquiries.
• Manage specialty network initiatives from ideation through implementation.
• Develop scalable workflows that ensure regulatory compliance and growth.
• Support management of specialty contracts to meet obligations and requirements.
