You will guide strategy, mentor staff, and drive performance to meet client, member, and regulatory needs. The role requires strategic thinking, project management, and deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy, network reimbursement, and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed with required degree and licensure.
• Experience leading and mentoring staff is essential.
• PBM or managed care exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Support client meetings and QBRs with network strategy insights.
• Oversee client support processes and service standards.
• Resolve escalations with cross-functional teams.
• Manage client initiatives from ideation to implementation.
• Develop scalable workflows for compliance and growth.
• Monitor contracts to ensure obligations are met.
• Collaborate to expand network partnerships.
• Ensure regulatory requirements across programs are met.
• Lead department strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to compliance and learning programs.
