Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Specialty Client Support to lead day-to-day clinical specialty client support, network contracting activities, and vendor coordination.

This role requires strategic thinking, project management, and deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy, PBM operations, and regulatory requirements to deliver on client needs and ensure access and compliance. The ideal candidate has 4+ years as a pharmacist, 3+ years leading staff, and experience with CMS/Medicaid

Qualifications

• PharmD degree or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence, or the ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months.
• 4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist required.
• 3+ years’ experience in leading and mentoring staff required.
• 1+ year of PBM or Managed Care experience preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy drugs including REMS and Limited Distribution Products best practices required.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
• Participate in client meetings, QBRs, RFP support, and presentations as the network expert.
• Advise on initiatives that support goals, lowest-net-cost opportunities, and member access.
• Oversee client support processes, responses to inquiries, and service standards.
• Lead resolution of escalations with internal teams on access, reimbursement, contracts, and member issues.
• Manage client initiatives from ideation to implementation with project discipline.
• Develop and maintain project plans, policies, and scalable workflows for compliance and growth.
• Support management of contracts to meet obligations and client requirements.
• Evaluate pricing structures, network performance, and industry developments to propose solutions.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to expand network partnerships.
• Ensure all initiatives meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage a team of client support staff, including hiring and development.
• Execute strategic initiatives to improve satisfaction and efficiency.
• Participate in and support compliance and learning programs.
