Job summary

Skydio seeks a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering for Corrections and Campus Security. This remote role requires travel ~30% to support customer engagements and deployments, reporting to the Director, Solutions Engineering – SLED.

Build and lead a national team, creating playbooks, demos, and site assessments while partnering with Sales to drive pipeline and program expansion. You will own the Corrections and Campus security problem sets, develop the practice from ground up, and ensure strong

Qualifications

• Ability to travel ~30% of the time.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• FAA Part 107 certification within the first 60 days is encouraged for all Skydio employees and required for certain positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a national Solutions Engineering team.
• Drive technical wins and coordinate with Sales on pipeline and account planning.
• Own the corrections and campus security problem sets from discovery to deployment.
• Represent customer needs to Product and Engineering and build scalable enablement assets.
