Skydio is seeking a Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering for the SLED Top 1200. This remote, full-time role requires approximately 30% travel to support customer engagements and deployments.

You will lead a national Solutions Engineering team, set standards for demos and site assessments, andown the technical win across the Top 1200. You should have 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role and 1+ years leading a team, with strong drone and public safety expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, field engineering, or applications engineering).
• 1+ years leading a technical team with hiring/mentorship responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of drone technology and Public Safety sUAS operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and onboard a remote Solutions Engineering team with clear ownership across territories.
• Drive technical wins by pairing engineers with account leaders and owning the technical win.
• Own and standardize the Top 1200 problem set, including demo standards and site assessments.
• Represent the customer inside Skydio by translating field observations into prioritized requirements.
