Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering to drive strategic direction, governance, and delivery of the enterprise ServiceNow platform in a remote role across the United States.

You will manage a team of ServiceNow engineers, set engineering standards, guide AI enablement, and partner with business leaders to ensure platform stability, scalability, and measurable value. This role emphasizes collaboration and talent development in a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

10+ years leading IT systems and projects in large organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering or Business, or equivalent experience.
10+ years managing technology professionals with 5+ years matrix leadership.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
Lead platform governance, intake, demand management, and prioritization.
Oversee platform engineering, upgrades, integrations, and support.
Develop a high-performing, coachable ServiceNow team and culture.
Partner with leaders, vendors, and strategy teams to align investments.
