Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success for the U.S. Public Sector. You will lead a team of 8 Public Sector CSMs, partnering with Sales, Professional Services, and Support to drive retention, platform adoption, and measurable value across Federal Civilian, DoD, IC, and SLED accounts.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you’ll ensure successful plans, risk mitigation, and executive reviews, while aligning with procurement cycles, funding timelines, and agency security mandates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting in enterprise SaaS or Cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of direct people management in high-growth settings.
• Deep expertise in the U.S. Public Sector (Fed, DoD, IC, or state/local).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor 8 Public Sector CSMs with accountability culture.
• Define KPIs and development plans aligned with org objectives.
• Guide teams through account strategies, executive reviews, and risk plans.
• Manage resource allocation across FedCiv, DoD, and SLED portfolios.
• Drive GRR, NRR, platform adoption, and customer value realization.
