Job summary

Trellix in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success to lead a team of 8 Public Sector CSMs, focusing on FedCiv, DoD, IC, and SLED accounts. You will partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Support to drive retention, platform adoption, and customer value realization.

This role requires 8+ years in customer success or enterprise cybersecurity, 3+ years of people leadership, and deep knowledge of U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity
• 3+ years of direct people management leading customer-facing teams
• Deep expertise in U.S. Public Sector (FedCiv/DoD/IC/SLED)

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 8 Public Sector CSMs
• Own portfolio retention and expansion goals (GRR/NRR)
• Drive adoption of core security solutions (Endpoint, NDR, DLP, SecOps)
• Ensure Success Plans are developed and tracked in Totango/CRM
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Support to deliver unified outcomes
