Job summary

Trellix seeks a Senior Manager, Customer Success for the U.S. Public Sector to lead a team of 8 CSMs, overseeing strategic execution and lifecycle management across FedCiv, DoD, IC, and SLED.

You will partner with Sales, PS, and Technical teams to drive GRR, NRR, platform adoption, and value realization, while ensuring compliance with government mandates and procurement cycles. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of direct people management leading customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 8 Public Sector CSMs, fostering accountability and operational excellence.
• Own portfolio retention and expansion goals, driving GRR and NRR across FedCiv, DoD, IC, and SLED.
• Maintain CRM/Totango hygiene and develop GTG recovery plans for high-risk accounts.
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product to align delivery with adoption goals.
