Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success for the U.S. Public Sector. You will lead a team of 8 Public Sector CSMs, drive retention, platform adoption, and customer value realization across Federal Civilian, DoD, IC, and SLED segments.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Support to ensure successful outcomes and scalable processes, including Success Plans and health monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting.
• 3+ years of direct people management.
• Deep expertise in the U.S. Public Sector market.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8 Public Sector CSMs.
• Drive GRR and NRR retention and value realization.
• Ensure Success Plans are developed and tracked in Totango/CRM.
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product Management to align outcomes.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and governance.
