Trellix is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success for the U.S. Public Sector.

You will lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers across FedCiv, DoD, IC, and SLED, driving retention, platform adoption, and value realization for critical government missions. You will partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Support to align delivery with strategic outcomes, manage risk, and ensure successful outcomes for public sector customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting within enterprise SaaS or Cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading customer-facing teams in high-growth environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of 8 Public Sector CSMs, fostering accountability, customer advocacy, and operational excellence.
• Drive the retention, growth, and value realization across Federal Civilian, DoD, IC, and SLED/GHE accounts.
• Oversee CRM/Totango hygiene, health tracking, and risk flagging across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Support to ensure aligned customer outcomes and smooth escalations.
