Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success for the U.S. Public Sector to lead a team of 8 Customer Success Managers.

You will direct strategy, execution, and lifecycle management for Federal Civilian, DoD, IC, and SLED/GHE accounts, reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Success & Professional Services. In this role, you will drive gross retention, net retention, platform adoption, and customer value realization, partnering with Sales, Professional Services, and Support to

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting within enterprise SaaS or Cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading customer-facing teams in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in the U.S. Public Sector market (Federal Civilian, DoD, IC, or State & Local Government).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 8 Public Sector CSMs to drive accountability and adoption.
• Own portfolio retention and expansion targets, collaborating with Sales and Renewals.
• Drive customer health and platform adoption across Endpoint, Network/NDR, Data Security/DLP, and SecOps.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Support, and Product teams to align roadmaps with customer needs.
