Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success for the U.S. Public Sector in a remote role. You will lead an 8‑person Public Sector CSM team, partnering with Public Sector Sales, Professional Services, and Support to ensure customer value and retention.

You will own risk management, health metrics, and renewal strategies, driving platform adoption across FedCiv, DoD, IC, and SLED segments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting in enterprise SaaS or Cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading customer-facing teams.
• Deep expertise in the U.S. Public Sector market (FedCiv/DoD/IC/SLED).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead 8 Public Sector CSMs, mentor and drive accountability and operational excellence.
• Own retention and expansion goals (GRR/NRR) and ensure platform adoption.
• Drive CRM/Totango hygiene, health tracking, and risk flagging; implement GTG recovery plans.
