Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success for the U.S. Public Sector. Remote work across the United States.

You will lead 8 Public Sector CSMs, driving retention, platform adoption, and customer value. You’ll partner with Sales, PS, Support, and Product to align delivery with government needs, manage risk, oversee EBRs, and ensure Success Plans are executed with strict governance across FedCiv, DoD, IC, and SLED.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting in enterprise SaaS or Cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of direct people management leading customer-facing teams in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in the U.S. Public Sector (FedCiv/DoD/IC/SLED).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor 8 Public Sector CSMs, driving accountability and operational excellence.
• Own portfolio retention and expansion targets, impacting GRR/NRR.
• Drive CRM/Totango hygiene, health tracking, and risk flagging.
• Collaborate with Sales, PS, Support, and Product to align delivery with adoption goals.
• Align with government procurement cycles, FAR, funding timelines, and security mandates.
