Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success for the U.S. Public Sector. You will lead 8 CSMs, drive GRR/NRR, and partner with Sales, Services, and Product to ensure strategic adoption and value realization across Federal Civilian, DoD, IC, and SLED programs.

You will manage onboarding, health monitoring, and GTG plans while aligning with procurement cycles and agency security mandates. Remote-eligible within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
• 3+ years leading people in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in the U.S. Public Sector (FedCiv/DoD/IC/SLED).

Responsibilities

• Lead 8 Public Sector CSMs and drive accountability and operational excellence.
• Own portfolio retention and expansion goals (GRR/NRR) with Sales support.
• Maintain CRM/Totango hygiene and risk flags; develop GTG recovery plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product to align roadmaps.
