Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success – U.S. Public Sector, to lead a high‑performing team of CSMs serving Federal Civilian, DoD, IC, and SLED accounts.

You’ll drive GRR/NRR, platform adoption, and customer value through strategic coaching and operational rigor. Reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Success & Professional Services, you will partner with Sales, PS, Support, and Product to align delivery with procurement cycles and security mandates, while guiding risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting within enterprise SaaS or Cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading customer-facing teams.
• Deep expertise in the U.S. Public Sector market (Federal Civilian, DoD, IC, or State & Local Government).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 8 Public Sector CSMs, fostering accountability and operational excellence.
• Own portfolio retention and expansion goals, impacting GRR and NRR.
• Drive CRM/Totango hygiene, health tracking, and risk flagging across accounts.
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Technical Support, and Product Management to align delivery with outcomes.
• Maintain alignment with procurement cycles, FAR requirements, and security mandates.
