Job summary

Trellix, a global cybersecurity leader, is hiring a Senior Manager for Customer Success in a remote U.S. role. You will guide a team of 8 Public Sector CSMs, steering retention, adoption, and value realization across FedCiv, DoD, IC, and SLED portfolios.

You will partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Support to deliver strategic outcomes, risk management, and customer outcomes within a standards-driven governance framework.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting within enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Leadership: 3+ years directly managing customer-facing teams in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in the U.S. Public Sector market (Fed Civ/DoD/IC or state & local).

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of 8 Public Sector CSMs to drive GRR/NRR and platform adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Support to align programs and risk mitigation.
• Ensure governance with Totango/CRM, health tracking, and risk flagging.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align product roadmaps with customer needs.
