Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success for the U.S. Public Sector to lead a team of 8 CSMs, drive GRR/NRR, and ensure platform adoption across FedCiv, DoD, IC, and SLED.

You will partner with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product Management to align delivery with mission outcomes and executive reviews. This role requires 8+ years in Customer Success or related fields, 3+ years of people leadership, and strong knowledge of government contracting and security mandates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting within enterprise SaaS or Cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of direct people management leading customer-facing teams.
• Deep expertise in the U.S. Public Sector (FedCiv/DoD/IC/SLED).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 8 Public Sector CSMs with accountability for KPIs and development plans.
• Own portfolio retention and expansion goals; drive GRR and NRR.
• Maintain CRM/Totango hygiene, create GTG recovery plans, and coordinate executive escalations.
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product teams to align delivery with government objectives.
