Ladders is seeking a Director HR Business Partner to shape the people strategy for a large, enterprise-level organization in a remote capacity. You will lead HR Business Partners and Generalists, translating business priorities into actionable talent plans while guiding leadership effectiveness and succession planning.

In this senior role, you will influence senior leaders, leverage HR data to mitigate risk, and drive inclusion across leadership decisions, with a focus on outcomes in the Finance

Formación

• 12+ years of HR experience, preferably in the Group Insurance industry.
• Strong leadership experience, with a focus on managing through senior managers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; professional certifications are a plus.
• Ability to connect talent decisions to business performance and anticipate risks.
• Proven track record of building credibility with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
• Experience in coaching and developing teams through performance management and succession planning.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage HR data for business outcomes.
