Job summary

6sense seeks a Senior leader to own the People Technology & Analytics function, shaping strategy, governance, and a multi-year roadmap for HR systems and data. You will drive analytics, reporting, AI-enabled productivity, and workforce planning in collaboration with senior leaders and IT.

The role emphasizes hands-on Workday configuration, vendor management, and cross-functional influence to scale the People organization and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in HR Technology, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, HRIS, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Deep hands-on Workday configuration and administration across HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, US Payroll, Talent Optimization, and Advanced Compensation.
• Familiarity with AI agents and Model Context Protocol.
• Strong understanding of workforce analytics, data management, and reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the People technology ecosystem, including Workday, Greenhouse, Pave, and related platforms.
• Develop and execute a multi-year People Technology roadmap aligned with business priorities and growth.
• Lead technology enhancements, vendor management, system upgrades, integrations, and new platform implementations.
• Drive data governance, security, reporting, and compliance across People systems.
• Build executive workforce reporting and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Security on compliance and risk.
