Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience, incl. 3+ years leading teams or large programs.
• Hands-on Workday HRIS platform experience (configuration, security, testing, support).
• Experience with data governance, dashboards, audits, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute multi-year People Systems roadmap aligning with enterprise strategies.
• Govern HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, releases, and vendor performance.
• Oversee HR systems budgeting, contracts, renewals, and partner management across IT, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.
• Lead, develop, and organize the HR systems and analytics team; drive adoption and self-service.
