Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Science & Advanced Analytics to lead a team delivering AI-driven solutions supporting commercial and enterprise priorities. Remote role with cross-functional impact and the ability to influence decision-making through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate translates complex business needs into analytical products, provides technical modeling direction, and helps shape the move to self-service analytics in a pharmaceutical/biotech context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required
• 7+ years of experience in data science and advanced analytics
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a technical environment
• Strong Python or R skills with SQL knowledge
• Experience with statistical modeling and ML methods
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical products
• Experience building self-service analytics and transition plans

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of data scientists and analysts
• Manage the day-to-day portfolio across commercial and enterprise stakeholders
• Identify high-value opportunities for advanced analytics and AI
• Translate business questions into actionable analytical products
• Provide technical guidance on analytical design and model selection
• Drive the transition to self-service analytics solutions
• Communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences
